Renae Dietrich, an agent with Jim Maloof/Realtor in their Washington, Illinois, office, called me to photograph this very nice home in East Peoria this week. Renae had been referred to me by Cilla Williams, one of my regular clients who's also a Maloof agent.

The three-story house sits at 139 Star Rim Drive (listing details here) on a steep bluff overlooking the Illinois River. The view is fantastic, and each level of the home features a fireplace inside and a deck for enjoying the scenery outside. An open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows, two full kitchens, garage with workshop, and lots of space for entertaining make this a unique and desirable home.
